Recently, we had the privilege of hosting Professor Alessandra Zambonelli, a world-renowned truffle scientist with 40 years of groundbreaking research and the pioneer of modern truffle inoculation techniques. In a revolutionary step, we opened our greenhouses, nurseries, and truffle orchards for her expert review. Professor Zambonelli randomly selected samples from various batches, examining root samples and trees directly from our truffle orchard.
