Celebrating Community Recognition and the Growing Impact of Alpine Truffle
We’re proud to share that Aziz Turkoglu, co-founder of Alpine Truffle, was recently featured in ThurstonTalk for his contributions to the mycology community and the growing truffle movement in the Pacific Northwest.
In the article, titled “A Bright Future for Mycology and the World at The Evergreen State College”, Aziz is recognized for his efforts to bridge academic research, community engagement, and sustainable agriculture through truffle cultivation.
