Our Expertise

20 Years of Mycological Precision

Truffle farming is not traditional agriculture; it is a partnership between tree and fungus. Success requires absolute sterility and genetic certainty.

At Alpine Truffle, we bring international expertise from France, Italy, and Sweden to the Pacific Northwest. We are the only nursery offering a Zero-Contamination Guarantee backed by DNA verification for every batch we produce.

What Growers Tell Us

Barry & Laura Renninger

Garry Oak Farm

Our experience with Alpine Truffle has been very positive right from the start. First, we were given a tutorial on caring for our seedlings. The healthy hazelnut seedlings Alpine Truffle supplied us with have all survived and are growing at a rapid rate. Professor Turkoglu is readily available for us for consultation if needed.

We have also collaborated with Professor Turkoglu by supplying him with Garry oak (Quercus garryanna) acorns for successful mycology oak restoration projects.

We look forward to continuing this rewarding relationship.

Chris Klebaum

Aziz is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. We purchased 220 hazelnut trees in the fall of 2024 and overwintered them. When planted in the spring of 2025, the trees were healthy with good roots and we have had a 98% survival rate. Aziz replaced the dead trees promptly and has continued to be very responsive to all my questions.

At Caelesta Vineyards and Truffiere, we have been successfully cultivating truffles for over six years.  We are pleased to have been working with Alpine Truffle Company for their inoculated trees.  Aziz is detail oriented and a pleasure to work with
